Wombourne Tennis founded in 1960 we are a section of the Wombourne Cricket, Tennis & Bowls Club situated on the green in the Centre of the village we have 2 brand new astro courts and one hard all floodlit. The grounds were donated to the club for the playing of sport and boasts an ever growing number of members.
We have two teams for both the Men’s and Ladies in the Staffordshire Inter Tennis League and a Ladies and Mixed team in the Hereford & Worcester Winter League. Throughout the year, the tennis section hosts a large number of tournaments and events which all members are encouraged to join.
